Lead Generation Specialist (Full-time or Contract)

Hiboo Networks Inc. is currently searching for a talented individual to join our sales and marketing team as a Lead Generation Specialist. This position will be responsible for providing sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. This role is also responsible for conducting the research that results in generating qualified leads, contacts and companies that meet our target market profiles for our services. The role will also aim to generate sales leads through phone calls, social media and emails.

Here’s What You Will Do

  • Research, identify, track and maintain potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events
  • Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference
  • Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients
  • Conduct direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process

Here’s What you Need – Skills and Qualifications

  • A Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or another related discipline
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in lead generation and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and sales
  • Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

Need to Have
